सेवाभारती एक सामाजिकसंस्थाहैसंस्था का पंजीयन मध्यप्रदेशसोसायटीरजिस्ट्रीकरणअधिनियम-1973 (सन 1973 का क्रमांक 44) के अधीनहुआहै।पंजीयनक्रमांक 346/90 दिनांक 09/10/90 है।समाज के वंचित (सम्मान की कमी वाले लोग), अभावग्रस्त (आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर लोग), उपेक्षित (तिरस्कृत-कोढ़ी,किन्नर, खानाबदोश, कैदी)पीड़ित (बीमार, दुर्घटना एवं महामारी से ग्रस्त) का सर्वांगीण विकास ही संस्था का उद्देश्य है।संस्था का कार्य क्षेत्र सुदूरअंचल के वनवासी,ग्रामीणवासी और शहरों की सेवा बस्तियाँ हैं। उपरोक्त प्रकार के लोगों के लिए सेवाभारतीशिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, स्वावलम्बन, सामाजिक जागरूकताचारआयामोंआधारितऔर सह आयामआपदा प्रबंधन एवं प्रचार पर कार्य कर रही है।
देष में जागृत, कर्मठ, समरस, स्वस्थ, स्वावलम्बी और स्वाभिमानी समाज बनाने के सपने ने सेवाभारती को जन्म दिया। सेवाभारती का प्रयास है कि समाजिक विकास की पंक्ति में खड़ा अंतिमव्यक्ति को भी सम्मान से जीने का अवसर मिले और वह समर्थ हो कर राष्ट्र निर्माण में सहभागी बने। सामाजिक परिवर्तन के इन्हीं उद्देष्यों को लेकर सेवाभारती 35 वर्षों से निरन्तर कार्य कर रही है।
